The SPH header of L1b product MIP_NL__1PRDPA20021113_104126_000005162011_00123_03684_3901.N1 reports the following anomalous number of sweeps per scan:
This is the result of a corruption in the NRT Level 0 product covering the time period from 10:49:50 and 10:50:24 UTC, where many ISPs (instrument source packets) are repeated.
The corrective action has been to re-consolidate the L0 product without using the corrupted NRT L0 and reprocess the corresponding L1b and L2 products with IPF MIPAS/5.06.
